Employment Opportunities Prairie Senior Cottages is continually searching for competent, caring people to join our team of caregivers. Cottage Staff The needs of the residents and their families dictate the composition of the cottage staff. Each location has a management team comprised of a full time Cottage Director, a part time RN/Case Manager and support positions that may include an Assistant Director,LPN, Activity Coordinator and Dinning Coordinator. Additionally Prairie Senior Cottages has full and part time caregivers providing a high staff to resident ratio. The high level of staffing means each resident and family receives a significant amount of personal attention and service. All staff members receive the training necessary to be successful at Prairie Senior Cottages. The training includes specialized courses in the fundamentals of memory loss, its related physical and behavioral problems, and the residents changing needs. The staff is also trained in the Prairie Senior Cottage philosophy of resident care and commitment to customer service.
